The Schoeps Polarflex Mount A2P CCM enables you to realize the Polarflex micing technique that was originally introduced in 1998. The bracket is designed to work with the CCM 2 and CCM 8 microphones as well as the Polarflex plug-in.
The technique allows you to create novel polar patterns and sound characteristics that would otherwise not exist. It is optimally suited as a vocal microphone or as a stereo spot microphone pair on a piano.
The system allows you to tune the sound after and while you are recording with the corresponding free plug-in.
