There are several PAC525 versions available. The PAC525FWP2 is an In-wall Storage Box with 2 Receptacle Filter & Surge protection. At this time, B&H is not offering that model.

Can water pipes can be placed through the knock outs?
The knockouts are 1.25", 1", and 0.5" conduits. As long as your pipes can fit, it should work.
