Capture everything in front of you as evidence in case of possible accidents. The Coby DCS-401 Dashcam is a user-friendly dashboard camera featuring a swiveling 2.5" LCD screen. It captures 640 x 480p30 resolution video at a 90° viewing angle along with interior audio. The camera turns on and begins recording automatically as soon as you turn the ignition on. It records continuously with unlimited looping to up to 32GB SD cards.
The DCS-401 features night vision, so you can record morning and night, including on dark, isolated highways. All recordings are date- and time-stamped so you always know when an event took place. Just like it turns on automatically, the camera turns off automatically when you turn the car off. When the car is parked, detection of any substantial motion will turn the camera on and capture whatever's happening, whether an accidental occurrence or on purpose. The camera runs off a 12V power cord and also features a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that provides the power necessary for in-between moments.
