While you will be able to switch between the SDI and HDMI inputs when using this panel with the Blackmagic Design Web Presenter, B&H # BLWEBPTR, you will not be able to key the HDMI signal over the SDI signal. That is not possible.

I have this unit and it there was no configuring needed. You need only attach an HDMI and an SDI input and switch between them. The output needs to be plugged into the USB of a laptop or a desktop Mac or PC. The unit disguises itself as a webcam. I use OBS software (freeware). Within it, you can select the Blackmagic device and its output will appear on the OBS screen. With OBS you can connect to YouTube, Facebook, Livestream, etc. If what I described isn't your situation, tell me more and I'll try to help.
