Turbo Series 8-Channel 1080p HD-TVI DVR with No HDD is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for home After I switch between 5 DVRs in one month that one seems to me the best in price range $120-170. Hardware and spec makes big impression compare to other DVRs. The DVR's quality is very good and is working without any problems. Plug and Play. Weakness: software. Most of the features are the same like in other devices. Nothing unusual. One feature bothers me a little bit, but I can survive. Remote playback is playing only one camera. So when you search if somebody was around in your home at night, you can see only preview from one camera, not from all at the same time. You need to check camera by camera, which is not much comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would definately purchase this dvr again!! This dvr was installed for a customer who is not tech savvy but wanted video security and the ability to view cameras remotely. This unit is excellent because setup is quick and easy. The menu is simple enough w/basic necessary functions such as motion detection recording and sensitivity setting. Playback is easy with colored marks on a line (with time) where video was recorded. You can move your mouse straight to the time you want to view or just let the video play at fast speed. You can adjust camera picture by contrast, sharpness etc. which is enough to fine tune the quality of the video. Also, the unit is solid and after purchasing a few of these, have found it the goto dvr for beginners, at a reasonable price.
