The Wi AudioStream Pro AV Portable Digital Wireless Lavalier System from Wi Digital is suitable for wireless audio applications including remote and location recording, monitoring, podcasting, and VoIP. It can be used with video cameras, DSLRs, and handheld recorders, and it is iPad, Windows Surface, Tablet PC, Mac, Windows, and USB compatible.

Equipped with an omnidirectional microphone, this system quickly transforms from a lavalier mic to an audio monitoring system with a simple swap of accessories. It provides up to 100' of secure, uncompressed 16-bit, 48 kHz CD quality and wide 15 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response wireless audio connectivity without RF interference, signal loss, or crackle.

Furthermore, the system includes compact and ultra-light 1.0 oz transmitter and receiver units that can be attached to a belt, a shirt's, or pant's pockets. The ¼"-20 screw mount on each transceiver unit enables you to mount it to camcorders, DSLR cameras, and other A/V gear using the included hot shoe adapter.

Finally, the system has an internal rechargeable battery that lasts for 4 to 6 hours of operation and comes with a USB AA battery adapter for up to 13 hours of extended use. The combination of audio performance, simplified setup, portability, and all-inclusive accessories lets you set up quickly and easily.

Ideal for Isolating Voice above Background Noises

I have used the Wi AudioStreamPro wireless mic system for over a year.� In my application, I record interviews in an environment with crowd noises and music in the background.� The system does a great job of isolating the interviewee voice above the background sounds.� The transmitter/label mic is small, and being wireless, allows the interviewee to move freely which makes for a more dynamic recording.� Regarding the equipment itself, you will be first impressed when you see the carrying case system come in.� Next you will notice the large number of wires, connectors, and parts supplied to enable setup on essentially any recording device.� And if you have any questions, there are knowledgeable technical support people to help you out.� A lot of Bang for the Buck!� To hear interviews I’ve recorded with this equipment go to: eClassicAutos.com.

I was quite excited when I first received it. It came with loads of neat accessories and a nice case. My initial tests in my living room were very promising. Clear audio, nicely responsive. I loved how small it was compared to most systems. Though when I took it out for some field tests, I found it began dropping signal a couple times per minute at pretty short distances (10-15 ft). It worked fine as long as a made an effort to maintain very clear line of site (i.e., a single person between the t/r can cause a drop), but that isn't realistic on any video shoot.

The Wi AudioStream Pro AV Portable Digital Wireless Lavalier System from Wi Digital will work with the iPhone 7 provided the lightning to 3.5mm female adapter is used, in conjunction with a 3.5mm trs female to a 3.5mm trrs male adapter.
