Vanguard's take on a popular and versatile scope configuration, the 4-12x40 Endeavor RS Riflescope is ideal for big-game hunting at medium to long-range. Its max 12x magnification allows for longer shots over open terrain versus the lower magnification model, while the 40mm objective gives the scope enhanced low-light performance over smaller objectives while reducing the bulk and snag-potential often associated with larger lenses. Complementing the zoom and objective is the use of HOYA extra low-dispersion (ED) glass to correct for chromatic and spherical aberration, and anti-reflection multicoatings to produce images that are bright, crisp, and clear with true color rendition.
