The Recording Display from PunchLight is a light unit that connects to the PunchLight GPI, PunchLight DLi, or the PunchLight MIDI (sold separately). The unit displays "RECORDING" in red and also has yellow lights for "Record Ready/Pre-roll." It comes in an anodized black, brushed aluminum casing.
Record
Automatic, indicates that the actual recording is happening. When the record button in the Pro Tools software goes solid red, the light turns on
Standby
Automatic, indicates the pre-roll or the QuickPunch mode. When the record button in the Pro Tools software starts blinking, the light turns on
