The Boomerang Flash Bracket Adapter for Profoto B2 from ProMediaGear mounts to the bracket's shoe and allows you to use the B2 OCF (Off Camera Flash) head with the bracket on-camera. The stainless steel stud has 1/4"-20 female threads at each end and a diameter of 5/8".

I'm using this with a Boomerang BBX bracket and Profoto B2 Flash. It is perfectly machined and finished. The anti-rotation flats that mate with the cold shoe adapter are a blessing. Well designed and manufactured.
I have been searching for months for the perfect adapter to mount on a monopod to hold a Profoto B2 head, and this does the job perfectly! Certainly, it is pricey for what it is, but it's comforting to have a solid adapter to latch the B2 onto.
