I order this charger for a relative and it was shipped directly to her. She says the BT-03 battery does not fit and apparently needs an adapter. Is this correct? If so, why was the adapter not included since the description says the charger is for the BT-03? Thank you.
We are sorry to hear of your relative's issue. The LBC-1 is designed to charge the two different types of batteries without an adapter. The larger BT-03 is meant to be inserted with the contacts of the battery on the same side as the white lettering seen on the charger. Look for a white triangle on the battery to make sure it is pointing directly toward the word Zoom. This is to make sure that the battery is the correct side up. I just received one and I cannot find the cord. Did I lose it? It's possible.
The Zoom LBC-1 Lithium Battery Charger for Zoom BT-02 & BT-03 has a USB-Mini-B power port, so you could use a cable like the Pearstone USB 2.0 Type A Male to Type B Mini Male Cable (Black) - (3')(BH #PECUAMUMBM3) as a replacement.

A usb cable ugg into any phone charger, or USB port of your computer.It works well.
