What an upgrade!
The original HP desktop keyboard became unusable with sticky keys and inconsistent results. I'm a touch typist and a pianist, though my fingers now have arthritis, and this Professional Mechanical keyboard is a DREAM on which to type. The touch pressure is consistent across the entire unit, and the stroke of the key is reminiscent of the PS/2 keyboards from the 1980s...very comfortable and quiet. There is an optional-to-use magnetized strip which elevates the back of the keyboard to just the right incline for me. Best of all, there is a volume control wheel above the number pad that allows nearly instant change of volume without having to click on the tiny speaker (lower right window) to access volume control. I wish I had purchased this years ago.
Ordering
I wanted to order a keyboard with two different debits cards and the person that that helped me was very kind and patient and I was able to order the keyboard, they were old debit cards, and I was not sure they would still work and they did, I have purchased items in the past and they are so nice to work with .
