Porta Brace's RIG-FS7ENG Camera Case has enough space to house an assembled Sony PXW-FS7 for protection and transport. Since the camera does not have to be extensively broken down, you can take it out of the case and be ready to shoot within seconds. The case is manufactured from abrasion-resistant 1000-denier Cordura on the outside. Inside, the camera is protected by a layer of padding surrounding a hollow-core rigid frame lined with copper-colored Veltex. The Veltex material protects the camera and allows for positioning of divider panels anywhere inside the case. For storing accessories and other on-set essentials, dual large exterior pockets are easily accessible on the outside of the case. For extra security, a camera tie-down strap is included. A suede shoulder strap is also included for comfortable carrying.

PortaBrace RIG-FS7ENG Reviews
Will not accommodate Sony FS7 with Shape Extension Handle

Good case that is well made. Without the wheels it is a bit bulky to move around. I returned it because it would not accommodate my FS7 with the Zacuto Gratical Rig and the Shape Remote Extension handle. I didn't want to tear down the rig every time I wanted to pack it.
Great Bag !

I wanted a relatively light weight bag with a hard shell that I could just put the whole camera in complete with Matte Box one end to a V Lock Battery pack the other, and also leave the view finder in place. A big ask maybe but this bag fills all the needs. Highly recommended.

question
Can you add wheels to these cases? I see an area on the bottom corner where there is velcro. Wondering if an axleand wheels can be threaded through that space and if the velcro is strong enough to hold?
You can actually select to have the weels included. They slip into the side with the taller front pocket (right side on the item default picture). There is also a handle that comes included for the case and you carry it similar to a rolling tripod case. For clarification, the FS7 sits on the high side when carrying on wheels, closer to the handle side you hold while wheeling it.The wheels BTW do not have a solid axle. They are on studs. I was a little worried but I ahve my bag LOADED and it has held up pretty well.

question
Hi There, My rig consist of a Sony Shoulder Mount, Fujinon MK 50-135mm lens and the Sony XDCA-FS7 Extension Unit. You think the bag is long enough to handle my rig? Thanks
Yep, i have the same setup with the 18-55mm Fujinon and a Mattebox/rails combo and it just fits.
