Creek Evolution EVO 100A Amplifier Kit with Ruby DAC Module and Noise-Isolating Headphones

This B&H Kit combines the Creek Evolution EVO 100A High Resolution Amplifier with the Creek RUBY DAC Module and a pair of noise-isolating headphones to provide the primary components of a versatile home theater set up. The EVO 100A is a high-resolution power amplifier with a full-featured preamp section offering multiple inputs, electronic balance & tone controls, and a wireless IR remote. The amplifier is capable of driving 8 ohm speakers with 110W of power and 4 ohm speakers at 170W of power.

The RUBY DAC contains four SPDIF inputs for both optical and co-axial connection and a USB input for streaming audio content to the amplifier from a computer. The module can also be used to add Bluetooth connectivity to the amplifier for synching smartphones and tablets to the amp and incorporates an FM tuner circuit for providing FM connectivity. The sealed-back noise-isolating headphones use a 40mm dynamic driver to deliver a frequency response of 20 to 20,000 Hz with a sensitivity of 110 dB into a 32 ohm load. The on-ear design features metal construction with memory foam ear pads for noise isolation and a breathable headband for comfort during extended listening sessions.
