can these filters be used for color papers on black and white enlargers?
The Ilford Multigrade Filter Set 3.5x3.5" do not cover the filtration range needed for color darkroom printing. They are intended for black and white printing only. Currently we do not sell color filters for black and white enlargers. Instead there are color head enlargers with the proper filters built in.

These filters are designed to be used in front of the light, they are not optical.

question
Can they easily be cut to fit in the drawer on my Omega B22 enlarger?
Yes, you can. Just consider the white number labels in the top corners of each filter. You would want to make sure the numbers don't interfere with your printed image. But if you remove the numbers completely, it can be difficult to determine which number a given filter corresponds to.

question
I need to purchase these filters for my Printmaker 67 in order to control contrast. Is there anyway to use these filters or buy a special grade of enlarging paper to make Black and White prints from color negatives? Thank you for your time!
Ilford multigrade paper similar to the one I attached can print from color negatives BUT because the paper isn't sensitive to red light (to allow for safe-light use), your images won't be exactly accurate. If there's a lot of true green (trees, grass) in your original image (red in the negative) they won't expose properly. Also because the base color of most color negative film is red in hue you'll have to expose the paper for much longer than true back and white negatives of similar density.
