Libec ALX SP Slider Platform

The ALX SP Slider Platform from Libec is a modular component designed for use with ALX S4, ALX S8, and ALX S12 sliders. Featuring eight roller bearings, the platform smoothly slides along the rail and, due to the position of the bearings, effectively hug the rail to prevent wobble as you operate. A spring-loaded friction knob is used to dial in the desired resistance for each slide, with a brake knob used to lock the platform in place on the rail. The pushing force of the ball bearings against the rail is adjustable using an included Allen wrench. The platform can be easily attached and detached from the slider rail using a leg lock knob. For mounting a camera or flat-base tripod head, the platform has a 3/8"-16 threaded screw.
