If you own Calibers, you will want this adapter!

Calipers have a reputation for eating AA batteries and operating at reduced brightness. With this adapter and Anton Bauer batteries, you can run longer and at full brightness.

If you have Caliper lights, you need tis!

The weakness of the Caliper light is operating on AA batteries. With an Anton Bauer GO 90 and this adapter, you get the full power of the light while being portable.

question

Does using this adapter mean the lights stay at 150W equivalent? Or does it dim down to 50%, the way it would with AA batteries?

Yes, 12V give 100% light -same as AC power.I don't have a 12V battery yet, so I used my 12V car battery to check the answer to your question.P.S.On AA battery, the light look to my eyes, as dim down to 60% in wide angle, and 75% in the narrow-angle of the focus light lens.
