Whether you operate this device as a switcher or as a multiviewer, you can extend the output signal up to 250' by connecting the internal UTP extender and included receiver with a separately available Ethernet cable. Multiview can be operated in quad-view or picture-in-picture modes. Once you have your sources and display set up, use the front panel buttons, included IR remote control, or RS-232 connection to control the device. IR communication between device and display can be carried bi-directionally using the included IR transmitters and receivers.
