More compact than its larger siblings in the 0566 series, the 0566BW Folding Knife is a pocketable yet capable everyday carry from Zero Tolerance. The folding, straight, drop-point style blade is made from ELMAX powdered steel which carries almost no impurities. With such high-quality steel, the blade can be sharpened to extremely fine levels while still retaining edge quality and strength. The blade has also been given a BlackWash finish for unique style. Opening the blade is made simple with ZT SpeedSafe, a patented technology allowing the blade to be opened with either hand even while wearing gloves.
The front of the handle is constructed of textured G-10, an epoxy-filled glass fiber material that offers resistance to heat and cold while maintaining durability and light weight. The back of the handle is made of stainless steel in a BlackWash finish with a built-in lock and lockbar stabilizer. For easy carrying the 0566 series is equipped with a removable pocket clip which can be attached in 4 different positions according to your preference.
