The housing enables access to the important camera functions via mechanical controls, including On / Off, Shutter, Menu, Menu Select & Scroll, Set, Start / Stop, Mode, Manual Focus, Auto Focus, Manual Zoom, ISO, White Balance, Q and dials. The enclosure is equipped with a BRS / Ballast Release System, which serves two purposes: easy travel and fast transport to the surface. Simply pull on the quick release pin on one of the wings and the wing and ballast/handle are released; the housing now becomes positive in buoyancy and shoots to the surface.
