Letus35 LP-E6 Dummy Battery to 2-Pin Power Cable (12")

45 days since I bought it...

Bought it on Feb 14th. It comes straight from Letus so it takes longer than the usual B&H deliver. I was aware of that. Got it in the mail almost 2 weeks later, hooked it to the camera, turned it on and heard a pop and a smell. My heart missed a bit. in the end the camera was fine, it is protected against what seemed to be a short circuit. I called Letus on Feb 26th, explained it, the person said that would get a new one, test it and mail it. On March 6th I called again, because it hasn't arrived. The same person picked up the phone and said she forgot to send it. She was going to send it that day.March 13th, still nothing. Called her and, this time, she told me that the batch was all faulty. That she received a new batch, tested and would mail it on March 18th. March 20th I called to get a track number. She said she would mail it soon. Today is March 28th, I spent $150.00 on a product that is not cancelable, not returnable and Letus doesn't do anything about it.
