The Tripod Adapter acts as a rigid support, sandwiched between the underside of the Glide and your Mitchell mount tripod. The Tripod Adapter (Mitchell Mount) comes with a tie-down. Three M6 screws and a hex key are also included for attaching the adapter to the static plate located between the rails of the Glide slider.
