No, the iOptron 8" MiniPier for GoTo Mounts will not work with the iOptron GEM45 Equatorial GoTo Mount with 1.75" LiteRoc Tripod. Alternatively one can use the iOptron 6" MiniPier for CEM40/GEM45 Mounts, BH #IO8031 (https://bhpho.to/3pFRBXX).

Will this fit a CG4 mount and tripod?
The base of the 8 mini pier is 6 in diameter. You need at least a 6 + support base to properly install it. I have mine mounted on a CGE Pro tripod. I do not believe it will fit properly on a CG4 tripod. Lee in PA
