question

How well will this work with an Atomos Ninja Flame?
Asked by: Brandon
This arm would not fit very well with the Atomos Ninja Flame since it has the additional tabs next to each screw thread. A more suitable arm is the Manfrotto 244 Micro Friction Arm B&H # MA244MICRO which has threads that are exposed. Please see the image below.

question

7 inch monitor on a 502 head
Asked by: Steve
It depends on the weight of your monitor and the weight of your camera. If the monitor is mounted directly to the head with the Manfrotto arm, or you mount the monitor directly to the camera via a cheese plate or on a rail, the combo should not exceed 15 lbs.

question

Does it support another head + DSLR?
Asked by: Lucia Alexandra
The second head would not sit flush with a flat base for support. It would support a small snapshot camera, monitor, recorder, etc, but I'd never put a DSLR with head on this.
