Support up to 35.3 lb worth of gear with the TMA37AL Long Series 3 Mach3 Aluminum Tripod from Benro. Made from aluminum, the 3-section legs are secured via twist locks and extend to a maximum height of 70.5". The center column can be replaced with the included short column to allow the tripod to reach a minimum height of 16.1". The rubber feet can be swapped out for metal spikes so that the tripod can be used on hard surfaces, such as ice, or soft surfaces, like carpeting or a lawn. A ballast hook on the center column allows for the addition of stabilizing weight, and the included carrying case protects the tripod during transport. A 3/8"-16 threaded stud on the mounting platform lets you attach a head of your choice.

Benro Mach3 TMA37AL Reviews
Fantastic Value
One Of The Better Purchases I’ve Made Recently. Tall Enough And Sturdy Enough (without Being Overly Heavy) To Hold My Rail Camera, And Anything Else I Mount On Top Of It. Smooth Action And Feels Well Built.
Rugged and stout
I had wanted a new tripod with a lateral arm so I could do macro-type shot from the kitchen table. I also wanted one that was substantial and fairly rugged . There are a few of these available with the lateral arm, but those reasonably priced versions seemed to me to be a bit less robust than I wanted. So I bought this, thinking I could make my own homemade lateral arm. I was immediately impressed with how substantial this tripod is. I built a lateral arm out of industrial aluminum framing material, which ended up being heavier than I thought. But when I installed it on the tripod, cantilevered out over the kitchen table, I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy the whole rig was. Neither the camera nor the tripod wiggled or wobbled, even with the camera and ball head attached to the end of the arm. I haven't used it outdoors yet, but when the weather warms up I plan to test it further in outdoor conditions. I have no doubt that it will outperform my other pods. For me, this is a just plain outstanding product. Easy five stars.
