Benro Adventure TAD28C Reviews

First new full size tripod in 20 years!!!

Very well built and stable. I chose this one with the flip locks on the legs because my old tripod had twist locks and when I just had seconds to get it setup because the bear or moose would be gone before I could get it ready. This sets up in 15 seconds or less! It's been used in Yellowstone once and at the Blue Angels Air Show in Twin Falls, Idaho last weekend. Great tripod.

Almost perfect for my use

I purchased this tripod for travel. I prefer lever clamps over twist locks, and these work well. The 4-segment legs mean that it will fit into my checked luggage when traveling by air. It is a very sturdy and rock-solid base for my Olympus 150-400 + EM1.3. The one slight downside was that the very first time I opened the clamps, I pinched a finger. So I have a bit of getting the correct motion to do so I can be sure that won't happen again.
