Benro Adventure TAD18A Reviews
Perfect for Seestar S50

I purchased this tripod, because the supplied tripod for the Seestar S50 was too small. Didn't need a head, so this was perfect. Lots of extras like a reversable top thread, carry case, and flip locks.

Bought this to replace another tripod. Already had ball head. So far it's functioned as needed. Locks are easy to open and release and feel solid when engaged. Carrying bag is nice for storing when not using. Legs held my Sony and Sigma 100-400 in some pretty stiff winds with no problems. Definitely recommend as a lesser dollar, but not lesser quality option.

Is the 3/8” stud threaded into a corresponding 3/8 threaded hole in this tripod head? Can it be unscrewed?
Yes, actually we had to put a little thread lock on ours, since it kept coming off.

How accurate is the load capacity? Looking to use this with a Pentax 6x7
The weight capacity on the TAD18A is very accurate, as it definitely hold a Pentax 67. However, this tripod still requires a head such as the Benro B3 Triple Action Ball Head, BH # BEB3
