The IB1 Triple Action Ball Head from Benro is an Arca-type compatible head with a load capacity of 17.6 lb. It stands 3.8" high, and weighs 12.8 oz. There are separate locks for both the ball movement and the 360° panning motion, as well as a friction control knob. A 90° notch makes it easy to switch to portrait orientation. The numbered scale on the head's base allows for easily repeatable pans, and a bull's eye bubble helps ensure they head is level with the horizon.

Will this fit a Nikon D7100?
Justin:Unless your cam weighs more than 17.6 lbs (not likely) and DOES NOT have a 1/4 -20 tripod screw hole (also not likely) in the bottom then it'll work.fine. (The screw hole is pretty standard on most (all?) DSLRs and other camera types, too.) What you might want to put on the bottom of your camera is an L-bracket so you can easily attach the cam to the tripod head since the head uses an Arca-type plate. Talk to customer service to get the right bracket for you camera.
