The 16" LEMO 5-Pin to BNC Timecode Cable from Ambient Recording is an output cable designed for use with timecode devices. Viewing the plugged connector from the back with the red dot at 6 o'clock, the cable has an angle of 180°.
The direction of the outlet cannot be changed.
