Although power for each channel is not specified, we can assume that it is distributed evenly. This means that the H12x500UBT should support speakers running at 8 ohms requiring 500W of peak power or less for each.

Can each speaker-pair volume be separately controlled. E.g. loud for first pair, soft for second pair, etc?
All the speakers are controled by the master volume and would be the same

This not a surround receiver. It offers 2 channel stero only via 6 pairs of speaker outputs.
