connection is unstable

Using with Godox flash light. It works but connection between flash and adapter sometimes does not work ready lamp on the camera display does not appear and you have to twist the flash unit to make sure the ready lamp to be appeared

Worked great with my Sony slt a65. I was able to shoot TTL no problem. I used a new speed light godox tt685s and my older Sony slt a65. No problems.I had previously gotten one from Amazon that said it was ttl but it wasn't. This one worked great for me!

Will this allow me to use a Godox xt1s‘ TTL functionality on a Minolta maxxum 7?

Due to the age of the older (discontinued) Minolta MAXXUM 7 35mm film camera and that older film cameras used a different TTL system from digital cameras, I cannot guarantee that you would have TTL automatic flash exposure when using the Godox X1T-S TTL Wireless Flash Trigger Transmitter for Sony on the Minolta MAAXXUMA 7 35mm Film SLR Camera. However, the Vello HSA-CSASM Sony/Minolta to Sony Multi-Interface Shoe Adapter, B&H # VEHSACSASM, would be the correct accessory for your usage needs. It should work for manual flash usage, and it may work for TTL usage. However, if it does not, do note that there would be a 30-Day Return Policy (subject to the terms & conditions on the Return Policy webpage on the bottom of our website). You would be able to contact our Customer Service Department to return the item for an exchange or refund.

This sounds like it's meant to be used on older cameras to mount newer (multi-interface) flash units. I thought this was for using an older (iISO) flash on newer camera bodies that have a multi-interface hotshoe?

The description is correct. This Vello HSA-CSASM Sony/Minolta to Sony Multi-Interface Shoe Adapter will allow the use of new Multi-Interface Sony flashes onto old Sony/Minolta cameras. The top of the adapter has a multi-interface shoe while the bottom has an old Sony/Minolta foot.

Can I use my Godox 685s flash on my Minolta XD7 & Minolta XE1 35mm SLR cameras?

Those cameras do not use the Minolta TTL shoe. They use a standard shoe with a center pin. This adapter would not work for those cameras. If the center pin is lined up between the camera and the flash you should be able to fire the flash with center pin firing without any adapter.

The description is correct, it is the opposite of what you expected. This mounts new Sony Multi Interface Shot flashes onto older Sony/Minolta mount cameras. It allows those older cameras to physically fit newer Sony flashes.

There is currently no adapter for using a Sony multi interface flash on a standard Nikon flash hot shoe.

This Adapter allows you to use the new Sony flashes on the old Minolta hotshoe that is on the Nex 7 If you put a Canon flash on this adapter it will just fire with no TTL only manual mode on the flash

No, the Vello HSA-CSASM Sony/Minolta to Sony Multi-Interface Shoe Adapter would not allow you to use the older Active Interface Shoe accessories on the Multi-Interface Hot Shoe used on the Sony Alpha a6500 Mirrorless Digital Camera. It is designed to connect accessories designed for the older Sony/Minolta MAXXUM Auto-Lock hot shoe design used on their SLR/DSLR still cameras for use on the newer Multi-Interface hot shoe.

Can I use this to mount a modern sony flash on an antique Hasselblad hotshoe? I mean, to physically fix it, and not burn or short circuit something. I intend to trigger it with the sync chord, and I dont care about TTL.
