MeldaProduction MCompare - Mixing and Mastering Reference Tool (Download)

MCompare from MeldaProductions is a plug-in designed to help mixing and mastering engineers reference both other audio sources and various stages of a particular audio workflow, such as a dry mix to a later version. This is important since, although increasing loudness of an audio source may feel like it sounds better, acoustic errors in the spectral and spatial balance could be masked by the loud wall of sound. Comparing tracks is simple and the software compensates for any latency that might be present. Additionally, the level of a reference track can be lowered automatically to compare it with the user's audio.
