I love sigma lens caps. They stick on cameras extremely well, they are thick and have a solid grip. Getting them off takes a tiny bit more intention than other brands and they stick out more in pockets, but both of those things are good things. This one I bought this one for a Fujifilm 35mm f1.4 lens I got second hand that did not have a circular lens cap (only the rectangular rubber cap).

Yes. The 86mm Image Enhancer 1.2 filter has 86mm front threads that accommodate other front-threaded filters, and will give the Sigma LCF-86 III enough room to sit. However, like with most filters, the threaded portion can sometimes be quite shallow, making lens caps a bit less secure than you might be familiar with.

Would this fit as a replacement lens cap for a Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN?
Asked by: Andrew
No, this would not fit the Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN. That lens has a 55mm filter size. The appropriate lens cap would be the Sigma LCF-55 III 55mm Lens Cap.
