I use a desk-mounted pole with articulating arms (originally designed for mounting computer monitors) to make a flexible system for mounting lights and microphone for zoom sessions etc. at my studio workstation. I use these studs mounted to the articulating arms to allow mounting any kind of lighting equipment. Perfect, and the price is right.
