If you professionally rack-mount your AV equipment, this is a necessary item for certain Marantz units.

This will allow you to rack mount multiple model AV processors. There is a metal plate that attaches to the bottom. The screws are exposed from the front looking in. Not a big deal but for someone picky it could be annoying. The feet stay on the receiver which leaves a little space for airflow. The unit takes up 4RU total.
