The DL-0550 Flexible Macro Light Bracket from DLC is an innovative lighting tool ideal for use in product, macro, and portrait photography. The dual flexible-arm setup allows the user to attach and position two flashes or LED lights to suit their lighting needs. The two arms can be detached if required and the unobtrusive design of the bracket allows the user to easily access the memory card and battery compartments while the bracket is in use. The aluminum design provides a sturdy and durable base while insulated cold shoes protect the electronic contacts of each flash. The bracket also features a 1/4"-20 female thread for mounting the entire rig on-top of a tripod or monopod.

What shoe cord did they use to achieve the dual TTL light setup in the photo? The shoe cord has a pass through TTL on top?
Off camera shoe cords cannot figure out TTL with two different flashes at two different places at the same time. So it never pass through TTL on top if you have two flashes. In a situation like that it needs to be setup via manual exposure. I would recommend using a radio flash trigger and using a flash that has a radio receiver built in. This way you can have two flashes running TTL at the same time and you don't need a cord between them since radio is wireless.
