This B&H Kit includes an HDMI over IP Transmitter and corresponding HDMI over IP Receiver, from Gefen. It allows you to extend an HDMI signal, along with RS-232 and two-way IR, up to 328 ft over a single Cat5e or higher cable, in resolutions up to 1080p and 1920 x 1200 WUXGA. Using an optional Gigabit switch, you can configure a multipoint matrix of up to 256 transmitters and 65,000 transmitter/receiver units in total. (The Gigabit switch must support 8K jumbo frame packets in order to support multipoint configurations.)
