Just received my iLevel, but it seems like my MacBook is too light or the spring isn't tensioned correctly so that I have to manually adjust/the slider doesn't engage the stand (I have to push down to get it to the lower setting). Is this a design flaw or defective?
The manufacturer only states that the iLevel works with all Macs. You would do well to contact Rain Design. The iLevel slider only works when there is sufficient weight applied to the stand.
