The Panasonic AJ-SVCPREM4 Premium Service & Support provides five years of standard service for select Panasonic Professional Video products. In addition to standard service, it adds Bumper to Bumper Limited Accidental Coverage for five years, two-way expedited/next-day shipping, and two-day repair turnaround time A Loaner Service is also provided, where Panasonic will loan you a replacement camera (shipped next day) if your product can't be repaired in two days. Additionally, Premium Service & Support provides you with two preventive maintenance sessions (one in year two and one in year four) and Limited Catastrophic Damage Coverage. CCD/MOS imagers have three years of parts and labor coverage. Proof of Purchase for your item is not required at time of service. Premium Service & Support must be purchased at time of product purchase and is not transferrable.
