Bring along a whole host of effects and amp models with the BOSS ME-25 Guitar Multi-Effects Processor. The ME-25 multi-effects unit contains amp and effects models so you can craft your own signature sound and save it to one of the 60 banks available for recall at any time. Amplifier sounds are created using BOSS's COSM (Composite Object Sound Modeling) technology, modeling vintage, classic, and modern amps, delivering both well-known and never-before-heard tones. The effects selection includes overdrives, distortions, mods, delays, reverbs, and more modeled from BOSS and other famous manufacturers. In addition to the amp and effects selection, a Phrase Loop function with 38 seconds of recording time allows you to record and overdub phrases to create impromptu musical compositions. All of the ME-25's controls are easily accessible via 3 footswitches, an expression pedal, and easily identifiable onboard knobs and buttons.
The ME-25 also has both analog and digital output options. Mono and stereo outputs are available for single or dual amplifier setups and for connecting to sound reinforcement systems or recording consoles. A headphone output is also available for silent practicing along with music input through the 3.5mm stereo AUX jack. Digital I/O is made available by way of a USB 2.0 port. When connected to a computer the USB port can carry pure digital audio for recording or communication for fine-tuning your presets.
Included with the ME-25 are six AA batteries for powering the unit. Alternatively the ME-25 can be powered with a separately available PSA series AC Adapter.
