I'm super pleased with my purchase. It took a minute to learn how to put it away back into it's carrying case, but once I figured it out, it's a simple process. I intend to buy more of these!

I would recommend the Impact Collapsible Reflector Holder (Large) B&H # IMME129 as the most efficient way to install and use the Phottix 4.9 x 6.6' Collapsible Diffuser (White) on your next photo shoot.

question

How many stops ?
Asked by: Celso D.
If you're asking how many stops the light will be reduced by passing through the diffuser, the answer depends on how close the diffuser is to the subject.Measured with an incident light meter at a distance equal to the width of the diffuser (about 5 feet), the light intensity is reduced by 1.8 stops. For the typical use in lighting a model who would otherwise be under the harsh sun, I'd probably figure on 2 stops as a first guess and work from there.
