Yes, it does. the rod holding the camera can be turned horizontal and the camera can be slide over it left or right. Very useful feature. I love this tripod.

Does it come woth a bag ? And is it 8.8lb capacity or 11 lb capacity ? Specs say 11...overview says 8.8. And does the weight of unit listed include the pan and tilt head ? And can you get spikes for the feet ?
The legs are able to support 11 pounds but the head is only able to support 8.8 pounds. Therefore the true load capacity would be the lower number.
The weight for the head plus the legs would be 5.55 pounds.

Don't use one, back pack has a slot if needed. Use it too much to carry in a bag, this tripod is a beast
