    HUBSAN H107P Reviews

X4 Plus H107P Quadcopter (Black) is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid this quad, there are better options out there... I've been a fan of the small H107 line of Hubsan quads for years now.? They are relatively inexpensive but have flight characteristics similar enough to larger craft that the lessons you learn flying these small "toy grade" quads are directly applicable to "real quadcopters".? ?This one, the H107P, unfortunately, doesn't fit that mold.? It looks good?and it seems to be?constructed from durable materials but it's the flight characteristics that let it down.? The two big issues that I have with it are the built-in?barometer and the spring-loaded throttle.? I'm sure these design changes were intended to make it easier for beginners to learn to fly but they will only teach beginners bad habits and frustrate people that already know how to fly quads.? This "altitude hold" feature doesn't work well (and can't be turned off) causing the quad to constantly bob up and down.? It's as if your car's gas pedal was disabled and you tried to drive using the cruise control only (and oh, by-the-way your cruise control couldn't actually hold a constant speed).? It's just not fun to fly like the H107L or H107C, stick with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Little Quad Good quad for indoor or outdoor (in lighter winds). The manual is a little unclear about the control sensitivity setting, but I found a YouTube demo that illustrated that. It flies well, and in 3 or flights so far it averaged 7 minutes or just over 7 in both speeds. Height holding is better in a less enclosed area. I have 2 other small quads that experience that too. With lowered sensitivity on the controller (around 40) it's much more stable of an indoor flyer. Get it outside and you can open it up. Range maybe 110-125 ft. I had it up pretty high too, but not enough that it was too high to see. It's super lightweight, so keep it within sight and it will not fly away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice beginners quadcopter This little drone is fantastic! Bought it for my grandson,he has not gotten it yet. So being a R.C. nut for many years I have learned a lot. Had to test flight this little gem,it's one of the easiest drones I have ever operated.Hover's great, headless mode is perfect. Perfect beginers drone for sure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks cool but not a high end flyer. Short battery life. Hard to trim. Self leveling causes some clunky flying and drifting. Battery life is under 10 minutes. Battery cover is flimsy and doesn't stay shut. Need to scotch tape it. But once you are trimmed and flying, it's fun for a few minutes until battery dies. Buy an extra battery. Best for indoors as it doesn't like the wind and is slow to respond. Lights are cool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun little toy This little quadcopter is a fun toy. I recommend picking up an extra battery or two to increase you flight time fun. This can be a little twitchy to control, and the quadcopter is so light weight that a slight breeze can take it away. I recommend using the crash guard for the propellers until one learns the way this thing behaves.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just go with the h107l Eh, this little drone isn't the best. Although what can you expect for the price. The hold altitude feature is nice for beginner but limits the drones flying response compared to the H107L. I would not purchase this product again as it quit working after a couple of minor crashes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fun but the original is much better! Right out of the box I had to trim the thing so it wouldn’t creep in any direction. It flies O K. It increases altitude by itself for some reason, always have to adjust so it doesn’t hit the ceiling. I’d say pass on this one and get the original or any other hubsan quad.
