    Belkin F4U058TT reviews

    F4U058TT SuperSpeed USB 3.1 Gen 1 4-Port Hub is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Belkin can't be beat. Fast easy connection to computer and able to power connected devices. LED indicator lights for each port. This is my 2nd Belkin port multiplier. The former is 10 years old and still reliable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Helpful The Belkin USB Hub has been a great addition to my equipment. My laptop only has 3 USB ports, and there are times when I can use more than 3 ports. The hub has provided the capability I needed. I've only had the hub a couple of weeks, and I've had no problems with it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not fully compatible with all 3.0 external hatrd drives. I bought this primarily to connect two external USB 3.0 hard drives to a single USB 3.0 port I have on my Windows 10 desktop. Both drives work fine when directly connected to the desktop's 3.0 port. I hooked up the hub and connected the two 3.0 drives to it. Both drives fired up, but my computer would only recognize one of them, a Western Digital. No matter what I did (updated drivers, plugging and unplugging, etc.) I could not get the other drive, a Seagate portable, to be recognized. I then unplugged the Seagate and hooked up another Seagate drive that had a USB 2.0 interface to the hub. My computer then recognized both the 3.0 and the 2.0 drives. I operated that way for a few weeks, then all of a sudden, the 3.0 drive on the hub disappeared from the directory and I could not recover it, except by plugging it into a separate USB 2.0 port on the computer. I then started switching drives and ports and hub and no hub. No matter what I did , the Seagate 3.0 drive would not mount. when connected to the hub, although any 2.0 drive would mount OK and the WD 3.0 drive would work intermittently. I don't think I can totally blame this on the hub, so I am giving it 2 stars.
