Installing the APU-72 Electronic Hook Switch Cable, was rather simple, but the instructions, what there are of them didn't mention that you should check to make sure the usb port is active. I had to get one of our phone techs in becuase i couldn't get the headset to answer an incoming call. once he activated the usb port, the headset worked as advertised, and i'm loving it. if you have 'old' ears, this is perfect for conversing with technical people who have a hard time speaking fluent english,
