Bones Volume 1 from Spitfire Audio is part of The British Modular Library, an ongoing project to provide composers with the ability to add fine detail and musical expression to their compositions. This volume features a group of London's finest low-end brass players performing on the tuba, solo cimbasso (a tuba-like instrument), a cimbasso ensemble, and the rare contra bass trombone. Moreover, when combined with other BML modules or the Albion range, everything slots together like an orchestral jigsaw puzzle.
The library features multiple round robins, dynamic layers and easily usable, fully functional legato, along with intelligent articulation switching. Additionally, the samples are presented with numerous microphone positions, which can be mixed and blended together to fit a current application, and also automated for dramatic shifts in focus and depth.
