First -- connected to an antenna my television receives *65* channels on. Could not receive ONE channel. After multiple scans. Returned the product, of course. And after TWO WEEKS, I am still waiting for my refund. AWFUL.

Can this device also tune in channels on digital CATV system, in addition to tuning off-air signals?

Yes - but Clear-QAM only. No encrypted or scrambles signals.

The AVerMedia AVerTV Hybrid TVBox 13 has NTSC, ATSC, & Clear-QAM Support only. It will not work with PAL or Secam.
