The camera is small for my hand, I don't feel very safe when I hold the camera. Does this case make the grip better? i.e. makes the camera bigger for the hand? Thanks.

Does it also fit the a6300? I had heard that the 6300 is a bit larger than the a600 and is magnesium rather than plastic.

Yes, this case fits the 6300. Just got my 6300 yesterday and the first thing I did was check this case that I use with my 6000 to see if it fits the 6300. Fits perfectly, Recommended.
