On black and white film, will this have the same effect as the ordinary yellow lens filter?
The Rosco #4530 Filter—Yellow (1 Stop)—20x24" filter absorbs all light except yellow when used with black and white film but is also used in IR photography. The yellow filter absorbs blue and increases the contrast and tonal separation between the blue and yellow/white objects.
