The Linux4U Base Model from Cubix is a HostEngine 4U computer designed to run up to four double-wide GPUs, either GeForce GTX or Quadro Series GPUs, which are housed inside its chassis. It is suitable for popular multiple-GPU applications such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya or 3ds Max with NVIDIA Iray or ChaosGroup V-Ray, Bunkspeed Shot, Cinnafilm Tachyon, Otoy Octane Render, and others.

The base model comes preconfigured with two Intel Xeon E5-2680 v3 processors, 32GB DDR4-2133 registered memory, one 500GB SATA 6 Gb/s SSD, and a redundant power supply.
