Pro Strap 3/8" Royal Blue is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 172.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the trick. Stable and comfortable. I'm sure there is no perfect camera strap, but this comes as close as I've found for heavy, everyday usage. I love the stretchy neoprene pad, which cushions the bounce of walking. That may sound minor, but believe me it isn't. A firm, rigid strap can quickly cause pain and fatigue of the shoulder. Another great feature is the non-stick nubbies on the underside of the pad. My old Tamrac neoprene strap was great, except that it kept sliding off. This one doesn't. That's a hooray! You'll have a hard time getting a better strap than this one, unless you go to a complex harness setup, which I don't want to do. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Comfortable Strap I have used Op/Tech straps for about 20 years now. They provide an excellent alternative to those thin company branded straps that come with the camera. The strap doesn't move on your neck as much as the provided straps. The neoprene/rubber seems to grip better than the leather or braided straps. I also like the fact that you can remove the middle portion (that goes over your neck) of the strap making it easier to store. We have 3 cameras and it seems the full sized straps always seem to get wrapped around another camera or strap and we have to be careful when extracting a camera from our safe. The neck portion is also wider than the supplied strap adding to the comfort.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much more comfortable that the original strap The neoprene strap really does seem to take some of the strain off my neck. The one on my old camera is still going strong after several years of use. The only thing I don't like about it is how narrow the strap is below the wide section. Several accessories such as lens cap holders and the small pouch I had for SD cards won't stay in place on the narrower strap. I got around the problem by sewing a few stitches in the fabric holder, but that won't work with the all-plastic cap holder I have.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but for one use This strap is great if you put it on camera. the strap is super comfortable and afforadable. it is a great length for people under 6 ft. I like everything about this strap except that the strap is too thin. I bought this strap to support a nikon 200mm F/2 lens. the lens itself is 7.5lbs. So this strap can hold it up no problem. the only thing about this strap is that its very thin, so there is a great deal of chaffing involve. just one day of shooting, and i can see the damage from where it was attached to the lens. Bottom line, if you buy this strap. use it on camera. There will be no problems with the small holes where it attaches to the camera. but for anyother uses get another strap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Op/Tech Pro becomes cheap pro junior This was my 4th Op/Tech Pro strap that I have purchase over the last 5 years. The current strap is a cheap imitation of the original. The strap and sholder pad (with slip resistant dots) is only about 60% of the size of the prior version. The strap is not anywhere near as comfortable as the prior version. I am going back to my old strap, worn dots and all. Suggest this strap not be bought except with a point-n-shoot, not to hold an SLR with long lens as the prior version did so well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best strap system I bought Both Pro Strap and Pro loop strap, and setup my camera with the OP/TECH Uni-Loop System Connectors, I can use the Pro Strap with the OP/TECH System Connectors-Uni Adapter Loop for around my neck and I can quickly change over to the Pro Loop Strap that I have setup with the Sling strap for an over the shoulder strap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable Comfortable to wear. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has rubber points on the widest part of the strap which is meant to keep the strap constantly on your shoulder/neck. The problem with this is that if you wear your strap on your shoulder (with your camera by your side) like I do, those rubber points make it hard to grab your camera and shoot; you'll need to use your other hand to move the strap so your camera can come to your eye.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Repeat purchase My third purchase of an Optech neck strap. This one is for a very heavy camera: Bronica S (120) with the prism viewfinder and hand grip.. Works well and takes the full weight of the camera and makes it bearable even with the 135mm telephoto attached.
